This 1972 Jaguar E-Type Series III 2+2 was purchased as a restoration project by its previous owner, who sourced a replacement body shell, interior, chrome wire wheels and bumpers, and extra components. The project was ultimately not completed, and the car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025. It retains a 5.3-liter V12 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and the car has four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, 15” knock-off wire wheels, quadruple carburetors, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and air conditioning components. The car starts but will require further mechanical and cosmetic repairs. This Series III E-Type is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, spare parts including a replacement body shell, and a clean Virginia title listing the car as a 1972 Jaguar.
