This 1968 BSA 441 Shooting Star was acquired by its current owner in 2012, and a 2014 refurbishment by Don’s Motorcycle Restorations of Collegeville, Pennsylvania, included refinishing the bodywork in red and cream, refinishing the frame in black, overhauling the wire-spoke wheels, cadmium-plating the hardware, and rebuilding the Amal carburetor. The exhaust system, wiring harness, fenders, seat, shocks, control levers and cables, rubber components, and handlebar were replaced at that time. Power is from a 441cc four-stroke single paired with a four-speed transmission. This B44 Shooting Star is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment with refurbishment records and a clean Pennsylvania title.
