This remote-controlled car is a 1:4 scale model of a Lotus 98T and is said to have been assembled by Savo Engineering. The car is built in the style of the vehicle that was campaigned by Lotus in the 1986 Formula One season. The model wears a yellow #12 Camel livery and is equipped with a two-stroke engine, though the seller has not attempted to start it under their year-long ownership. Additional equipment includes center-lock wheels, a steel frame, a plastic body, functional suspension, and a roll hoop. This Lotus 98T scale model is offered at no reserve in Bourbon, Missouri, with a shipping crate, display case, and remote control.

The Gérard Ducarouge-designed Lotus 98T debuted for the 1967 Brazilian Grand Prix. Notable drivers include Johnny Dumfries and Ayrton Senna.
The photo gallery was captured in May 2025 in Italy before the model was shipped to the US.

Center-lock wheels are secured via hexagonal nuts and wrapped in rubber tires. Close-up photos of the suspension are included in the gallery.

A coordinating helmet rises from the open cockpit. The model measures around 37″ long by 21″ wide.

Per the seller, the model has a two-stroke engine, and the chain drive is shown above. Total operating hours are unknown, though the model has not run under current ownership.
