BaT Auction Success Story: An SC400 Among the Supras

This Success Story comes to us from BaT member SteveTheodore, who won this 41k-mile 1992 Lexus SC400 from Jjdi3 in an August 2024 BaT auction:

I’d love to share my auction Success Story about the slicktop ’92 Lexus SC400 that I won on BaT. After I received the car, I completed a few tasteful modifications—wheels, a steering wheel, and window tint—before taking it on a 2,600-mile road trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, in late September 2024 for the annual Supras in Vegas national meet. I have been a proud member of the Supra community since 1999, though I haven’t owned a Supra since 2018.

My SC400 was a true sweetheart on the trip down and back from the event, and we even won Best of Show (in Off Topic vehicles). It was a delightful surprise!

The car never missed a beat and drove like a dream, and I was very proud to show it off to my friends from around the country. I look forward to continuing my ownership and doing more tasteful modifications over time. I am extremely pleased to have found and purchased my car on Bring a Trailer.
